Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Pottery Class Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 7 DAYS of class commencement. If you cannot make a class within 7 Days of your booking you will forfeit your spot. Sorry – no rescheduling for ‘no shows’ or last minute cancellations within 7 DAYS.
Please do not text or email to Reschedule or Cancel a booking. You must log into your account to make any changes. Log In. Click onto ‘Bookings’ left hand side, then click onto the ‘Reschedule’ button.
If you’re not sure whether you can make a class, please don’t book in the first place. Please wait until you’re 100% sure that you can make it before you book any spot and block it on the calendar for anyone else.

Gift Vouchers
Pottery Class Gift Vouchers are NO LONGER ACCEPTED. Our Gift Vouchers have not been sold since 2022. Any existing Gift Vouchers for pottery classes have now expired and are no longer redeemable.
Unwanted Pottery Items
I hope you enjoy your pottery as much as I have enjoyed making it for you. However, if for any reason you you are not completely happy with the quality of your purchased pottery item, please return within 7 working days.
Pottery must be returned in the same excellent condition as you received it – packaged well and return posted at the buyers expense. Stick In The Mud Pottery is not responsible for any costs incurred including postage costs or for damaged items if they are returned to us in unsatisfactory packaging.
A full refund of the item sale price excluding any postage costs will be provided so long as the pottery is returned in the same excellent condition and is not damaged.
Damaged pottery sent via courier or post
All reasonable care is taken to ensure your pottery order arrives in the same condition as it leaves our studio.
If there is obvious damage upon arrival, the customer is responsible for:
- Inspecting pottery items immediately
- Noting any damage in writing
- Immediately contacting us via email to file a damage claim
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged pottery including the packaging
Please note that photo documentation of all damaged items are required prior to issuing credit for damage. Claims for multiple items MUST be accompanied by individual photos OR an image of all pieces in one file.
Provided the above requirements are met, a replacement item will be made & re-posted to you, or upon request a full refund of the item sale price will be provided.
