I hope you enjoy your pottery as much as I have enjoyed making it for you. However, if for any reason you you are not completely happy with the quality of your pottery, please return to me within 7 working days.
Pottery must be returned in the same excellent condition as you received it – packaged well and return posted at the buyers expense. Stick In The Muds is not responsible for any costs incurred including postage costs or for damaged items if they are returned to us in unsatisfactory packaging.
A full refund of the item sale price excluding any postage costs will be provided so long as the pottery is returned in the same excellent condition and is not damaged.
All reasonable care is taken to ensure your pottery order arrives in the same condition as it leaves our studio.
If there is obvious damage upon arrival, the customer is responsible for:
- Inspecting pottery items immediately
- Noting any damage in writing
- Immediately contacting us via email to file a damage claim
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged pottery including the packaging
Please note that photo documentation of all damaged items are required prior to issuing credit for damage. Claims for multiple items MUST be accompanied by individual photos OR an image of all pieces in one file.
Provided the above requirements are met, a replacement item will be made & re-posted to you, or upon request a full refund of the item sale price will be provided.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Pottery Class Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 24hrs of class commencement. If you cannot make a class within 24hrs of your booking you will forfeit your spot & lose your money. Sorry – no rescheduling or refunds for ‘no shows’ or last minute cancellations within 24hrs.
Please do not text or email to Reschedule or Cancel a booking. You must log into your account to make any changes. See pics below. Log In. Click onto ‘Bookings’ left hand side, then click onto the ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel’ button. If there is no button you may have left it too late, the reschedule & cancel button will automatically dissapear 24hrs before your scheduled class.
Sorry – but unfortunately I have had too many people reschedule or cancel at last minute which costs time & money. I cannot afford to hold a place or block the calendar for someone who doesn’t show. We’ve got a great little potting community and I hate it when people miss out on a spot because the class is full and they can’t get in. So unfortunately by canceling at last minute it ruins the night for everyone. If you’re not sure whether you can make a class, please don’t book in the first place. Please wait until you’re 100% sure that you can make it before you book any spot and block it on the calendar for anyone else.
Thanks so much for your understanding.
