Cancelling and refunds 7 days notice
In the event you cancel for your own reasons, no refunds can be given within 7 days of the first class/session commencement or within 7 days the first start date of an entire 4 or 6 week course.
We are a small studio, with very small, intimate classes, and it is unlikely that we will be able to fill your seat.
You are more than welcome to reschedule to a later date if it is outside of 24hours notice, or send a friend in your place. Just shoot us an email and let us know.
Rescheduling more than 24hrs notice
Pottery Classes CAN & MAY be rescheduled outside of 24 hrs prior to your session start time. Please Note: You may only reschedule a session ONCE. You cannot reschedule the same booking multiple times. If you have booked a session previously, and then cancelled or rescheduled more than once before, unfortunately we wont be able to re-book any more of your future sessions or block the calendar and risk you not showing again. You may be able to redeem your missed class at a later time. (see making up a missed class tab below.)
To Reschedule: You must log into your account to make any changes. See pics below. Click Here to Log In on the My Account Page. Once logged in, Click onto ‘Bookings’ left hand side, then click onto the ‘Reschedule’ button next to your booking. If there is no button you may have left it too late, the reschedule button will automatically dissapear 24hrs before your scheduled class. If you click ‘Cancel’ you will lose your booking completely and your money, so it is best to Reschedule to another time instead of canceling. If you have any trouble rescheduling, please text me immediately.
NO Rescheduling IF less than 24hrs notice
Pottery Class Bookings CANNOT & WILL NOT be rescheduled within 24 hrs of class start time. If you cannot make a class within 24 hrs of your booking you will forfeit your booking. Sorry – no rescheduling for ‘no shows’ or last minute cancellations within 24 hrs.
Unfortunately I have had too many people reschedule or cancel at last minute which costs time & money. I cannot afford to hold a place or block the calendar for someone who doesn’t show. It is impossible for me to re-book your seat at last minute, so when people cancel at last minute or don’t show and then expect me to reschedule their missed spot to another time – it means I don’t get paid for their empty seat – and the calendar is blocked so no-one else can book it. This literally costs my income and livelihood. SO… If you’re not sure whether you can make a class, please don’t book in the first place. Please wait until you’re 100% certain that you can make it before you book any spot and block it on the calendar for anyone else.
If you feel ill on the morning of a class, please notify us immediately that you will not be attending, or advise if someone else will be attending in your place. Texting within 3 hours of class start time with a message that you wont be coming, you forfeit your booking completely regardless of illness – as you would 100% know you are not coming by this time.

Covid Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled booking.

If you cite Covid as a reason for a last minute cancellation you must notify us as soon as you receive a positive Covid result and/or immediately as soon as you become a close contact of a Covid infected person AND provide proof of yours/their positive Covid Results. If you feel ill on the morning of a class, please notify us immediately that you will not be attending, or advise if someone else will be attending in your place. Texting within 3 hours of class start time with a message that you wont be coming, you forfeit your booking completely regardless of illness – as you would 100% know you are not coming by this time.
Making Up a Missed Class
If you have booked a session previously, and then cancelled or rescheduled more than once before, unfortunately we wont be able to re-book any more of your sessions in the future or block the calendar and risk you not showing again. You may be able to redeem your missed class at a later time.
The only way to make up a missed class is to check back on the day that you can make it. If the website calendar shows availability on the day, you may be able to make up your missed class then.
- Check the availability calendar on the website on the day you would like to attend.
- If there appears to be space available, please TEXT between 6am – 8am the morning of class, and I will confirm if you can attend on the day.
- Once classes have started by 9am I will not be checking messages and it will be too late for me to prepare, regardless if it is an evening class you would like to attend or not.
- You must text in the morning, the day of class, between 6am – 8am.
